what do you do when you feel so hungry but no one food you can eat ?? call the delivery order ?? or find something you can cook ?? aaaaaaahhhhh, if i'm feel so hungry, I always open the fridge, look for something I can Cook. and toninght, I have some ingrediaents to maaaaaaaake LAZY PIZZA !! but so sorry i dont take the picture while the making process. just take picture before bake, while baking and after baking, cause I cant wait and cant take a long time . my stomach cant wait too long hahaha ..
THE THINGS YOU WILL NEED, WILL BE ...
Dough :
500 gr bread flour
1 tbs salt
10 cc cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
15 gr yeast
Topping :
5 beef sausages
10 sliced cheese
oregano dried leaf
1 sheet Nori
6 chicken nugget
tomato ketchup
bangkok ketchup
mayonaiseeeeeee as much as you like !!
How to :
1. mix flour, sugar, and yeast. pour warm water litle by litle until you feel the dough is wet enough. stir the dough until it's not sticky to the bowl. add some salt and cooking oil. stir again until the dough is not sticky anymore.
2. put the dough in the bowl and close the bowl with the pan cover or wet towl or some wrap plastic. make sure its closed. let the dough expands 2 times from the original size. let it about 30 minutes.
3. take the dough and flattened by using a roll pin. make a shape whatever u like. round or square. but I make it square.
4. put the topping on it.
5. bake it about 30-35 minute
Aaaaaaaahhhh I like the smell while it bake. my stomacth cant wait to DIG the LAZY PIZZA !! ggggrrrrrhhhhhhh ..

aaaaaaaahhhhh, can you seee, the mayonaise colour turn into brown. looks delicious. creamy on the top and crunchy in the edge.
Why I call this LAZY PIZZA ?? cause I made it with lazy mood hahahahah ..
I used whatever I found in my fridge. I dont need to buy another ingredients. it's too lazy to take a walk out side your house. the weather is too chill. but when u try it, you will never regret it. it sooooooo delicious. you can compare the taste with another pizza. I think, it's better than another pizza. cause you can use the topping as much as you like hahahaha ..
